OOPS. LOOKS LIKE I FORGOT ABOUT YESTERDAY.

7:30am - Be Natural Cereal, Almonds, Cashews, Wheat, Oats, Rye, idontknowwhatelsetheyputintherebutitslowGI + Soy milk (300)

10:00am - Peanut butter on 1 slice soy linseed bread (200)

1pm: - Soy milk + honey + tuna/tomato/olives/chilli on 1 slice soy linseed bread (400)

4:30pm - 1 x grilled chicken thigh + ugly failed vegetable puree (chickpeas, capsicum, brocoli, cauliflower, long beans) (450)

7:30pm - spaghetti with chicken mince sauce (700)

dinner is always the largest nooooooooooo…………. darn asian culture.

ESTIMATED TOTAL CALORIES: 2050

4:30pm: 6 inch Chicken n Avo sub from Subway (no sauce) (400)

7:30pm: teriyaki salmon fillet + potato green bean carrot stir fry + boiled edamame beans + orange juice (700)

ESTIMATED TOTAL CALORIES: 2050.
